One of our Clients, market, administrate and overall manage, share saving schemes for large and small organisations alike. Our role is to "link in" with departments, co-ordinate and manage all the external production elements that help to communicate the purpose and benefits of the scheme to company employees.

This includes production of all printed literature promoting the schemes, such as, Posters, Flyers and Explanatory booklets. We also produce all other elements, including, application forms, covering letters, and outer & reply envelopes.

Payroll data is received from our client, where appropriate, we Mailsort the data & create reports, generate bar-codes, proof data on base stationery. On approval we laser personalise the documents prior to matching with other elements and insert into envelopes. Packs are mailed to the recipients home address, or distributed at their place of work.
