Privacy Policy – Ennisfield Services Ltd.

Who we are

We are a small Family run business providing Clients with print, personalisation and mailing services. At Ennisfield, we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our Clients and visitors to our web site. Ennisfield does not sell, rent or trade email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. We have provided information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.

Types of data we may collect

We hold data on behalf of our Clients in order to send information on their behalf, by Post and email (to their employees and members) about renewals and membership, we do this under the basis of a contract with our Clients. Ennisfield acts as their designated processor

Cookies use

Cookies are small data files which are placed on your computer or other devices (such as smart ‘phones or ‘tablets’) as you browse a website.  They are used to ‘remember’ when your computer or device accesses our website. Unlike most websites, Ennisfield does not currently use cookies to collect information about visitors to our website.

Third parties

We only share information about individuals for the purpose and in the course of our work for our Clients. Data is held only for the duration of the project that we are performing for our Clients, as their processor of data. Under our Clients instruction as part of a contract we have with our Clients. Information will only be shared with a third party, (sub processor) if during the course of our work we need to further process data in order to pre-sort (Mailsort) for the Royal Mail, in order to speed up and reduce mailing costs to our Client. Or in the unlikely event that our systems become unusable, we may have to use a third party to help us process the data. We will only do this after we have asked our Clients permission to do so. Any third part we employ will be subject to contract and will therefore have to follow the same rules and regulations as we do.

Security

We look after Client data securely using up to date software and hardware. Information about individuals is held for a limited time, normally the duration of the project we are performing for our Clients. We delete data once the project is complete and normally within 30 days of completing the project, unless we are instructed by our Client to hold the data for longer. Sometimes this is required, in order for us to send out duplicate packs to employees or individuals (when they have moved or perhaps lost the original document).

Access to your personal information

You are entitled to view, amend or delete any personal information we may hold. Please contact Jessika Norin (Jessika@ennisfield.com) or Philip Melhuish (Philip@ennisfield.com)
